We are pleased to have you and your children in attendance at the 2007 Choices for
Children Conference. My name is Nikki Garza. When you drop your children off, I will be
there to greet you and hand out your conference nametag. Please make sure we meet, so
that I can find you during the conference if necessary.

Please arrive at 8:00am to register. Then take your children to childcare before the
conference begins at 9:00am.
|
The children will be involved in a variety of activities. This may include playing games,
crafts, water play, playing outdoors on the playscapes, and spending time in the basement
gymnasium where there are balls, basketball hoops, tricycles, and other vehicles.

We will provide snacks and water for the children throughout the day. If your children have
any specific needs or food allergies, please let me know when you drop off your children.
We want your children to be comfortable and, more importantly, safe.
|
We ask that you bring the following items, all labeled clearly with each child’s name:
- Comfortable clothing that can get dirty
- A change of clothing
- A swimsuit and towel
- Drink with a lid
- Lunch (snacks will be provided)
- Diapers, wipes and/or change of underwear
- Any other comfort item your child may need

Should there be an emergency or if your child is very unhappy during the day, we will let you know your child needs you.
|
Once the conference is over it is important that you pick up your children promptly. Sign
your child out and remember to gather all your belongings. Also please help the caregivers
by having your children help put away anything they were working on.
